Create a custom filter in the platform tradingview -- 2

Hello ,
I want to add four moving averages to the chart, and when two moving averages cross up, a signal is shown on the charts.
Next I want the stocks to be displayed in a list where the two moving averages currently cross in real time.

There are other minor details.
