Create an Indicator on Pinescript(tradingview)

I need an indicator created using Pinescript for use on Tradingview. I have a code available which I need converted to Pinescript. Also have a video from the original creator of the indicator showing all details. Should not take more than 1-2 hours of work for someone with reasonable expirience.
