Convert Pine script Study to Strategy

I am looking for a skilled developer who can convert a Pine script study into a strategy. The desired outcome of the strategy is to generate buy and sell signals based on the change in color of the RSI line (from red to green and vice versa). I am looking for 30 min time frame and ability to adjust to a different timeframe if needed. Then a switch to on or off stop loss as well as able to adjust it in percentage.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Pine script
- Experience in developing trading strategies
- Strong understanding of technical indicators, specifically RSI
