Coding an Indicator for Trading View in Pine Script

Hello,
I'm looking for an experienced Pine Script Coder to create a Trading-View indicator.
I want to have every daily-high and daily-low drawn on the chart as a horizontal line until the price crosses that line. At that point the horizontal line should stop painting and an alert should appear that the line has been hit by the price.
The same as above for weekly highs and weekly lows.
And if possible the same principle as above for H4 and Daily Fractals.
The line properties should be adjustable in color, width and line type depending on the time frame they are from.
It should be possible to enable or disable the alert.
It would also be interesting if I can set how many days or weeks the indicator looks into the past.
Who can code it like that?
