Code a specific alert to my Tv indicator

I have a TV indicator and I need one type of alert. The indicator uses 2 main patterns: circle and diamond. I only want to have an alert when a circle appears and only on the first bar,so no repeat alerts on the next bars, only when a new circle appears (circles are drawn on consecutive candles to show the strength of the trend. The indicator has a feature: marker completion, but it is too late for me, I need the alert as soon as the circle is drawn. I tried to generate alerts with chatgpt, but it always gave me bad solutions, I dont know why. I attached the source code. Please see it in action to understand what I mean about the circles.
