Automate Trading Strategy

I recently started trading futures and I'm looking for a developer who could help me to automate a little trading strategy I have put together. I would need the code for backtesting it and eventually implement automatic orders/stoploss/takeprofit.

I don't know whether it can all be done in pine script (i use trading view) and connect it with the broker I use (Tradovate). Open to different options, in case.
