Algo Trading from Tradingview/Excel to Broker

I am looking for someone who can develop an algorithm trading solution from TradingView/Excel to my broker. Currently, I use TradingView and am looking for someone to develop a specific algo based on my exact instructions. The algo should be developed using Pine Script as the programming language.
