Add a Alert to a Pinescript for Tradingview

Hello, I have a pinescript code, but it doesn't enable alarms. I would like to have this added to the script.

The alarm should trigger when a new Pivot UP or a new Pivot LOW is drawn on the plot. Please see the pictures for this.

Im too stupid to program it.
