Hello, I am an Australian living in Denmark, while on holiday in Italy, I sent a package full of extremely important belongings from Florence to Copenhagen for me to pick up when I arrived. There was a miscommunication with PostNord and the package was returned to sender. I do not know anyone in Italy, my package is sitting at Centro Operativo SDA Campi Bisenzio (FI). I am wondering if it is possible for you to pick it up and post it to Copenhagen. Please let me know ASAP if there is a way to arrange this as I am on a time crunch. I have sent over 10 emails to poste italy over the past week and they have been everything but helpful, I don’t think they will care if you pick it up. I can give full permission ID and all the documentation you need. One of their rules is that if the return to sender is not picked up they will dispose of the package. I’m sure you can see how this will be a problem. Thanks!!
