A correction to General Relativity called Space Energy Theory has correctly calculated the percentage of dark energy at 71.9% and the Hubble expansion constant at 71 km/sec/megaparsec. The current theory of Black Holes predicts no conventional radiation, time stops at the event horizon, and the mass of the black hole becomes infinitely dense at the centre. Many believe this is wrong!

However, using a correction to general relativity, the mass of a black hole is mainly at the centre and to gives off very small radiation. In the case of the milky way black hole Sagittarius A, the central mass is calculated to have radius of about 3E-15 meters and to radiate 7E15 watts of energy. This is about 2E-11 less than suns radiation. Incidentally, the Quark, if considered as a micro black hole, gives a radius of 2E-19m - close to the experimental value.

Matter entering a black hole in the form of stars and planets continues towards the centre due to its gravitational field. As the planets travel inwards the density of space rises and the speed of light drops steadily towards zero. However, the correction to General Relativity means it doesn’t drop to zero as predicted by Einstein. Eventually the mass of these stars is equal to the mass of the black hole. This gives the radius of the internal mass. The stars outside this mass still give off radiation, but most is trapped by internal reflection!
