Co-author Needed for Groundbreaking Physics Research

I need a physics professor who is interested in co-authoring a scientific paper I have written and intend to publish. The paper presents a mathematically proven universal law that I have discovered.
My father, Dr. Alan Berman, now deceased, who got his PhD in physics under Isidor Isaac Rabi and Polykarp Kusch and was the Director of the Naval Research Laboratory for 16 years, has had 20 years to consider this. He agrees that it is a universal law.
The Universal Law of Efficiency (ULE) states that all systems function most efficiently without unnecessary resistance. Science is the study of the properties, actions, and interactions of systems. No law of science would have the properties it does unless all systems function most efficiently without unnecessary resistance. The ULE applies to both classical and quantum physics, will fundamentally change our understanding of the universe, and will have profound benefits for humanity. The ULE is the underlying principle of the laws of science, human health, equality, justice, democracy, and universal peace.
The ULE is historic in that it is the only universal law that has been proven using a mathematical proof. A mathematical proof provides a level of certainty that is unachievable using the empirical methods of science. For example, assuming Euclidean geometry, we know that the sum of the interior angles of all triangles is 180°. Science can’t prove that with absolute certainty because it’s impossible to measure all of the infinitely many triangles to an infinite degree of accuracy. Mathematics, however, has proven it.
The paper also discusses a new universal constant, the Berman Constant, named after my father, Dr. Alan Berman. Several physicists and academics have suggested that this discovery could result in a Nobel Prize in Physics and perhaps a Nobel Peace Prize.
