Someone to teach everything they know about electricity.

I need someone who fully understands what electricity is and can teach me to understand everything you can do with it. Someone who teaches through analogies and examples. I have a mini chopper project that i want to make electric. I need someone who will know how to wire up, pick, and choose a motor/battery combo for the bike as well as teach me along the way.
