Physics Grading Rubric Expert for CBSE (Class 11 and 12)

Hi,

We are looking for an experienced CBSE Physics SME for a grading and assessment-quality role focused on Class 11 & 12 answer evaluation and rubric refinement.

This is not a teaching/content-creation role. We are specifically looking for someone with strong board-paper evaluation experience who can identify where a student's reasoning breaks, classify the type of mistake, and justify mark deductions clearly using CBSE marking logic.

The role involves:
• Building and refining question-level grading rubrics aligned to CBSE marking schemes
• Identifying recurring student mistakes and creating structured error taxonomies
• Reviewing AI-generated grading outputs and identifying inconsistencies
• Providing annotated ideal solutions and exemplar answers
• Evaluating mapped answer scripts against rubrics and marking schemes
• Assisting in answer-key and marking-scheme refinement

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching CBSE Physics (Class 11 & 12 preferred)
• Experience evaluating CBSE or mock-board papers
• Strong familiarity with NCERT and CBSE marking conventions
• Strong written reasoning and analytical explanation skills

A short screening task is mandatory. AI-generated submissions will be disqualified.
