Need engineer/thermodynamics/physics expert for HVAC calculations

I need a physics or thermodynamics expert to help us analyze the HVAC performance for a diy chest freezer AC.

My problem is we have a 30,000 sqft warehouse that we want to use for raves this summer, but we don't have the time to build out a proper AC.

I need an engineer/physics whiz to help us determine if 6 ice chest freezers will effectively cool the 30,000 sqft space.

Final deliverable will be:
Formula that describes the performance,
Answer to 5 questions
Is the design solution practical?
What is the efficiency or relative to a traditional HVAC system?
How many chest freezers are ideal?
What size radiator and blower fan are ideal for this 30k space?
Assuming solid ice, how long will it take to cool the 30k space from 80F to 72F?
How much kW is used cooling the space 10 degrees?
