Project Requirements:
- We are seeking an expert witness with a Chemistry PhD and a strong background in Physics and Math.
- The expert witness will be required for testimony (by affidavit) in a Patent Prosecution.
- Ideally, the candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in providing expert testimony.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert opinion and analysis in the field of Chemistry, Physics, and Math for the specific case.
- Review and analyze evidence, documents, and reports related to the case.
- Prepare and present clear and concise reports, opinions, and testimonies.
-Nuclear Physicist with strong data programming background experience may be enlisted for long term grant work associated with the other work.
Ideal Candidate:=- Holds a PhD in Physics or Chemistry and has a strong understanding of Physics, Chemistry and Math.
- Possesses 5+ years of experience as an expert witness in related cases.
- Has excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Is able to provide impartial and unbiased opinions based on scientific evidence.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively explain complex scientific concepts to a non-technical audience.
