UdaanBandhu is an education initiative dedicated to connecting students with carefully selected educators who believe in concept-based learning, personalized teaching, and building long-term academic confidence. ## Role

We are looking for passionate and experienced tutors who can teach **Grades 7–12** across one or more subjects, including:

* Mathematics
* Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
* English
* Social Science
* Hindi
* Commerce
* Computer Science
* Other academic subjects

This is primarily an **online tutoring opportunity**. However, educators who are comfortable taking **offline classes** (where opportunities are available) are also encouraged to apply.

## What We're Looking For

* Passionate for teaching/educating.
* Strong subject knowledge.
* Ability to explain concepts clearly and build strong fundamentals.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a student-first approach.
* Experience teaching CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, or State Boards is preferred.
* Comfortable teaching online using digital tools such as online whiteboards.
* Reliable internet connection and a professional teaching setup.
* Commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
