Survey residential properties to find property line

I would like to hire a freelancer to survey a residential property of less than one acre. I'm not sure if there are any existing boundary markers or surveys, so it's important to take a thorough look of the property to find the exact property lines. I'm not in a rush for the project to be completed, so the freelancer has the freedom to take their time in finding the property lines.
