Engineer required for site survey and report

Site survey wanted to see if use of large tractor and flail right next to boundary fence has loosened fence post footings. Ground slopes down into garden and land is very wet. Fencing company checked posts 2 weeks ago and 3 required replacing. The day after the tractor, all 20 posts were moving.
