create a project based on the Invoice template (PHPRunner 10.x)

I need a software developer to create a project based on the Invoice template (PHPRunner 10.x), with the following features:
- multi company (multi vendor);
- more fields in the invoice;
- customer table for each individual company;
- table of articles for each individual company;
- collection through STRIPE for each individual company;
- automatic generation of invoices;
- customized layouts;
- multi language;
- PDF generation of invoices from a period;
- export of invoice content in custom XML format.
