WordPress Upload & DB Setup
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
All of my WordPress site files (zipped) and the accompanying MySQL dump are ready to go, and the GoDaddy hosting account is active with the domain already pointing to it. I simply need the site placed on the server, the database imported, and the wp-config.php adjusted so the connection works flawlessly.
What needs to happen:
• Upload the archive to the correct directory on my GoDaddy cPanel.
• Create or assign a MySQL database and user, import the .sql file through phpMyAdmin, and map the credentials in wp-config.php.
• Run through the front-end and dashboard to confirm links, media, and permalinks are functioning.
• Leave a short hand-over note with the database name, user, and any paths you changed.
No DNS work is required, and the hosting plan is already active—this is strictly about getting the site live and verified. A quick turnaround is ideal; once the site loads without errors and the admin area works, the job is done.
