Recover Lost Prestashop Admin Access

My laptop was recently stolen and, with it, every saved credential for my Prestashop store. I can still log in to the hosting control panel, but I no longer have a working back-office account for Prestashop itself. At the moment I’m not sure whether a full site backup exists; I’m preparing to speak with the host to confirm that.
