Help migrating a website/emails to another server (backing up web files + exporting dump of database + uploading/importing)

Hi there,

I'm in need of someone to help migrate my websites (on a Plesk cloud server - hosted by Fasthosts), onto Fasthosts Wordpress Package.

They've told me that all that is needed is:

- backing up webfiles by connecting via FTP
- exporting a dump of the website's database.
- backing up emails
- uploading them into Fasthosts Wordpress package and importing the database via phpMyAdmin.
