Fix a simple PhpMyAdmin / MySQL / Joomla database problem

Hello,

I am a novice joomla developer and a database problem has crept in.

In Joomla, When I Manage > Database > Fix I get the following errors...

Error
Unknown column 'alias' in '#__banners'
Unknown column 'metakey_prefix' in '#__banners'
Table 'glc_joom679.#__banner_clients' doesn't exist
Table 'glc_joom679.#__banner_tracks' doesn't exist
Key column 'metakey_prefix' doesn't exist in table

The Joomla! Core database tables have not been converted yet to UTF-8 Multibyte (utf8mb4).

I need to have the database cleaned up so that I can proceed with a Joomla 4 migration.

This is presumably a PhpMyAdmin job.
