Media-rich Network Creation with phpFox or A Comparable Solution

Hi, I am looking for an experienced web developer to help me create an online community.

Note: I am also a web developer.

Key features of my project:
- Media-rich user experience. For example, livestreaming is a key part of my service
- Robust social networking environment
- Extensive feature set
- Code that will allow for scalability

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in phpFox v5 (React & Laravel) or something similar. If you strongly recommend an alternative to phpFox, I'm open to other solutions.
- Strong web development skills, particularly in creating modern websites.
- Experience in building social networking sites or online communities is a must.
