We have a forum running for 7 years on PHPBB,
WWW.3D-8D-HUNTER.COM
it is running super but ....
Our latest admin did not upgrade to latest version.
Current version
3.2.7
Latest version
3.2.11
We would like to have the upgrade BUT OF COURSE NO PROBLEMS
It must run 100% and IF an upgrade is done, a backup must be made BEFORE,
so if something happens, it is OK again in 15 minutes
*Note: we can accept a downtime of this forum for max 24 hours ....
2). If you do a good job, we want you to "tech" support admin the forum for ever
Do a MONTHLY checkup and report all is OK
*You do charge max 4 hours per month for the checkups and charge a normal fee
* You are available IF an error / down occurs to solve in 48 hours and charge a normal fee
(we have multiple moderators and admins so for normal operarions all is fine, also for the webshop)
So make a proposal for the upgrade of our PHPBB forum,
We would like to receive a fixed price for this,
(we received 100$ but quality is most important and a good start of the relation)
And make a proposal for monthly checkup
And IF something happens, you will correct within 24 hours, logically
And if we want minor changes, you be willing
ps we have good admins of our hosting company and webdesign + worpress admin
and in case of needed help they are always here.
But we want for the forum seperately an tech support admin.
