zendesk and monday.com integration and customization

Hello I am looking to use Zendesk and Monday.com in integration but I am not sure how it will benefit in my work and need customization done for this, I am looking for a solution where I can receive calls or messages from leads and clients and save their conversation and get them to fill some information for me as well as track my leads and ability to do follow ups. Also need a prokjet managemnt type of tool to manage work flow and process tracking after the deal is won
