xfce desktop customization

Hi there, I am looking to customize my Xfce desktop and am in need of a talented freelancer to help bring my ideas to life. What I am looking for is to customize both the appearance and functions of my Xfce desktop. I am open to suggestions for a color scheme or theme that works best for my desktop. My preferred user interface is Xfce. I am looking for customization features such as icons and themes, panel layouts and applets, window manager settings, lock button functions, and menu options.
