I would like MS Access Forms to be Transfer to Web Interface front-end -- 2

I have an of MS Access with a series forms used for data entry and management that connects (with ODBC) to an PostgreSQL database. I'm looking for an experienced web developer to transfer (redesign) these interfaces into a responsive website format that's also mobile and tablet friendly to connect directly to the PostgreSQL database, and scrap the ms access front-end . The design needs to be fancy and modern looking.
