wordpress plugin needed..

I need you to develop a WordPress Plugin that will allow WP users / sites to programmatically generate unlimited pages, posts, or products. Shortcodes can be used to create a single file that will be saved in the database, but no individual pages will be stored in the database of the users. The development is divided into 2 phases. The first phase includes the dashboard, wizard, template, sitemap, account, and plans. However, the second phase consists of performance, visibility, internationalization, and language.
