wordpress Developer ( quizz )

I am looking for a WordPress developer to create an e-commerce website for me. The website will have the following features:
- Shopping cart
- Payment gateway
- only one Product
- Creation of quiz (with Typeform style)
- Integrate the quiz into the wordpress homepage
- Submission of the quiz and validation of form entries
- Save the quiz
- The user can modify the responses when he is connected

Exemple json :

- I need a page to modify / add / delete questions for quizz
