woocommerce wordpress - need to have a select option in shipping method at first and hide shipping method price alone

I have nearly 30 shipping methods at checkout based on areas and i need to show only shipping method title and hide its costs so user can see only overall total added their delivery charges

secondly I need to show select option by default at first and make it mandatory to select shipping method

fyi - I use shipping method display style plugin to show shipping method as dropdown

I'm expecting this can be done by snippet so anyone from php experts make a bid
