woocommerce programmer to optimize german ecommerce incl. SEO and performance

We are looking for an woocommerce expert who can finalize our ecommerce platform yourdeal24.net.
Following things needs to be done;
checkout needs to be customer friendly (paypal, stripe payments)
product setup needs to be corrected and shipping costs incl. free shipping needs to be implemented
design optimization and arranging categories
SEO and performance optimization
interfaces for several german marketplaces and google shopping
Don`t have time to do that currently by my own. It is only a small task but it needs to be done and I am blocked in another project
