A woocommerce plugin that calculates distance between visitor and seller stores

Hi, i need help in creating a plugin for woocommerce/dokan that will calculate the distance between seller stores and buyers.

1) It should show the buyer/visitor the distance between him and the seller stores.

To get the visitor location there are 3 ways. The best way I think is to get the user location from the browser. You can find more about it here:

2) is to make a filter that will show sellers stores by distance 10KM 25KM 50KM 100KM 250KM

3) is to sort sellers stores by their distance.
