woocommerce plugin for delivery management

I have a woocommerce ecommerce, and I need a particular set of settings for the management of the deliveries because we do it by ourselves.

DELIVERY AT HOME
The user can pick the delivery date between a some days that we set. We need to be able to set a maximum number of orders for every date. The user can put a preferred timeframe for the delivery. The user must, finally, choose what we should do if he is not at home: 1st choice deposit at a pickup point (the one of his ZIP code), 2nd choice delivery to another address that he must insert.
PICK UP POINT
The user inputs his ZIP code, or the system puts the ZIP code that the already registered user has as his address. The system prompts the pickup point for that ZIP code. The user needs to be able to see on the map the pickup point, and he needs to be able to see the open hours of that pickup point. The user can choose the delivery date here, too.
SETTINGS AND SHIPPING COST
All the settings (cost of shipping for that particular ZIP CODE, number of orders that can be accepted on a particular day, days in which a particular ZIP code is eligible for at home delivery) must be linked to a google sheet where we can modify the values. For an example, we need a thing that works more or less like "Bulk Product Sync with Google Sheets" which we already use but based on ZIP codes.

Last note, everything must be localized in Italian. If that's a problem, you just have to create a google sheet with all the values that need to be translated and we will translate them for you.
