woocommerce plugin Development:Multivendor for woocommerce Sync products,order,RMA,tracking to other woocommerce

Project background:

We run online shop that made by Woocommerce(i name it as myshop1.com,myshop2.com)

we use the marketking plugin
https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/

we make vendor site(i name it as myvendor.com)

right now we want to develop the plugin or just develop those feature as following:

Function Breif:
1.sync products
2.sync order and split order and delivery order to matching vendor
3.sync order RMA(Sync customer RMA request to Vendor,and Vendor feedback sync to customer )
4.Sync order tracking to customer order( specially for one order including multivendor's products)
5:Add order manually
6:Vendor images Permissions
7:export order as CSV template(i will offer CSV template later)

Feature:
#1:Sync Products

1.Vendor upload products
2.webmaster select the products sync to shop site"

#2:Sync Order
1.Order auto Sync from Shop site to vendor site
2.webmaster split order and push to each matching vendor"

#3:Sync Order RMA
1.customer submit the RMA
2.vendor submit feedback of RMA"

#4:Sync Order Tracking
1.Vendor submit order tracking Number
2.Order tracking number auto sync to shop site"

#5:Add order manually
1.Add order to selected vendor by manually
2.upload PDF via add order"

#6:Vendor images Permissions
Vendor just only can see their own image that they upload.
he cant see other vendor image that upload"

#7:export order as CSV template
