woocommerce & gtag: add data to data layer (google tag manager)

We have an WooCommerce webshop.
All our products have a custom field with name: cost of goods.
We using plugin pixel your site and google tag manager.
Now we wanna calculcate the profit of order and add this custom data to data layer for google tag manager.
Which data we wanna send to google tag manager?
-> We need to calculate the profit and send profit value to data layer.
Formula how to calculate the profit if user purchased products ABC and XYZ:
Cost of goods X product ABC QTY = db1
Cost of goods X product XYZ QTY = db2
In next step:
db1 + db2 = RESULT.
RESULT - cart total - shipping cost - voucher (if entered a voucher code) - payment fee (if possible?!) = PROFIT * Pi = ENDRESULT.
Now write/send ENDRESULT into data layer for gtag.
