why my website has cache/cookies like this? My language is php core. -- 3

My website has cache and cookies problems. Please check the 2 videos i attached can show clearly. The button i click on is to dashboard page or refresh. But, it is keep generating past records and after few several clicks, it only finally show the correct amounts. Please debug it so that whenever my user go to my websites, get correct data.

the problem is that when i click on that shortcut/application, it is showing user old data, rather than new data. I need you to code in a way that whenever users click on shortcut/application, it should present correct data to the users.
