why transcational sms going to customer email as a spam or trash mail

i want hire someone for solve email issue. we have ecommerce website and we sending customer transcatinal mail like order confirmed or shipped or cancel but from 20 days this all mail goint to customer spam or trash mail. it should reach inbox.

i want hire you for find the reason..........i think i have ip mismatch issue.
