We need a programmer to develop a web application that allows customers to register and create their own topics. Each topic will have its own page where customers can easily upload files and set attributes such as date and keywords for the file. The uploaded files should be displayed on a timeline either horitontaly or verticaly, and upon mouseover, a thumbnail of the first page should appear. by clicking the file should be opened.
The application should support the creation of user accounts, where customers can add and manage additional users. These users should be assigned read or write permissions to individual topics. Additionally, there should be a read-only access option for non-registered customers, but they will need a password to access the content.
