Ai website that can analyse tracks that are uploaded/dragged & dropped and edit out the bad language without altering the quality of music

I am looking for someone to create a website with AI capabilities that will help me cut out bad language when listening to music. This website must be able to read audio tracks, edit them, analyze them for bad language, and do so all in the English language. The website should also not need to integrate with existing music streaming services. Ultimately, I need someone to build a website with AI capabilities that will accurately detect bad language in audio tracks without sacrificing the quality of the music.
