website searchable database

We are looking to have a website created. II would be a searchable database that we could continue to add to using forms. The public would be able to search photos of antique glass by pattern name, pattern number, color, etching, cutting, decoration, product name ect. The public could also submit photos to be add to the database by Us. we would like to solicit donations to pay for the continued publishing of the website.
