The job task required to be done as below:

2. Website health audit at onboarding ©
3. 24/7 access to our Support Portal
4. Weekly Dashboard Reporting
5. Daily secure off-site backup of
database and site files e
6. Weekly WordPress Core and Plugin
updates ©
7. 24/7 Uptime monitoring ®
8. Daily scans for Malware
9. Site Security WAF•
Theme and PHP updates as required
10. Malware removal included
11. Site Speed Optimization O
12. Technical SEO Optimization
Overall speaking, our websites are running well at the moment, and we got our own support staff to look after the websites during the daytime mostly, but we ran into the site down occasionally and we are looking for improvement of the page speed done on the website.
