My website images are not loading and I cannot login or register new users. This happened after a migration from hosting to a dedicated server. I need to fix this

I am looking for an experienced developer to help me fix the issues with my website. After migrating from shared hosting to a dedicated server, my website is experiencing problems such as images not loading and users not being able to login or register.

I am also having the following error when I try to access the home page:
