website development - Vue.js or React

We would like to develop a personal website project aimed at showcasing portfolio and information. The website will be built using a modern frontend framework, either Vue.js or React or just a simple HTML, with an accompanying admin section for content management. The backend can be implemented using either PHP or Node.js. The website will consist of five distinct pages, each with its own design.
