website configuration development - instagram shop and facebook integration

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me with the configuration and development of my website. I currently have a domain and hosting, but I do not have an existing website. My preferred platform for the website is WordPress.

Requirements:
- Develop and configure the website using WordPress also configure on vps server
- Integrate an Instagram shop feature into the website
- Integrate Facebook into the website

Website must be layedout properly as per SEO guidelines. Blogs also needed to be configured.


- Set up Instagram and Facebook accounts for my business
