I need to implement googleapis to fresh codeigniter 4.1.3

Detect website client location by google apis
1. long lat
2. Country
3. City
4. Adress
5. Zipcode
6. Nearest branch from database

if client will block to detect his location
we will detect this by ip

* Dont need any readymade plugins
* Dont need any external paid services like ipinfo.io or any other alternatives
* needs fresh clear implementation google apis to codeignier from scratch
