web scraping (no copy nor data stolen) -- 2

The goal is to automate the login and sending of messages on a seller website to avoid to buy products and avoid manually doing it.
This must be done in php or java or selenium.

Steps:
- Read criteria from DB
- Get list on the public website
- filter based on the criteria and read DB to skip already known ones
- Get page details for matching records and save them in DB
- Save all details in DB as well as contact information (phone, email)
