web engineer

As a web engineer, I am seeking a talented individual to complete a project. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of design and development and the ability to develop quality back-end and front-end solutions on a wide range of platforms. This job requires an engineer with a proficiency in PHP and HTML/CSS. There are no existing design templates to utilize, so the engineer will be expected to produce their own web designs with creativity and accuracy. I will need someone who knows how to use laravel.

Using the supplied Case Study available via GitHub you are required to demonstrate
professional practice in web development through the correct usage of HTTP verbs to
represent user actions. Your website as described In the Readme.md (Github) will be able
to showcase the following set of criteria.
This will include;
- models and migrations (removing the earlier use of the json file)
- factories (for seeding large data sets)
- routing
- views (templates or components)
- controllers
- authentication
- eloquent ORM
- data searching and filtering
