web and e-commerce integration help

We need a new website (we own our domain name through Godaddy) and an e-commerce platform that integrates well with the lightspeed POS system. We would like someone who is experienced in SEO and marketing as well. We have a brick and mortar store so we would like to begin selling products online but we need help. We would like to be trained to add new products as we order new merchandise as well. We attempted the e-commerce side but we are not good at it and we have wasted so much time. I think we need someone who knows how to code. I'm not even sure what that means exactly. Please help!
