We should build the following platform. I would like to know if blockchain technology can be useful and why. If so, I would like to know the difference in utility compared to a more traditional programming language and the difference in cost of implementation and maintenance
we need to create a management system for the collection of documentation for administrative practices. Each customer will be able to register and create practices and upload data and documents. Our employees and external appointees will then check that the uploaded documents are correct. Therefore, different users will have to work on the platform, where each will have specific powers. The whole process will follow a specific pipeline, the same for all customers. The pipeline will be visible from the reserved area. Also in the reserved area, for each case, you will see the checklist of all the documentation and you will know what has been uploaded and what has been verified with positive or negative results
mainly the platform will have the following functionalities
• Manage different levels of users. Some users will have powers that others will not
• Autonomous registration of customers and users (with admin approval). each type of user will have a personalized reserved area and will have specific fields during registration
• Management of virtual credits. A virtual credit will be associated with each practice. These credits can be transferred between users. Then in the user's reserved area you will have the balance of the remaining credits. The movement of credits between users will be carried out only by the admin
• Document management: uploading files and filling out forms with data
• Management of notifications, every time a document of a practice is uploaded, a notification must be sent via email to users working on that practice
• Tabular checklist of uploaded documents (“uploaded yes / no” and also “verified yes / no”)
• Process pipeline
• Automatic generation of contracts, filling in the contract data based on the information entered during registration, and sending them via email

• We will deal with many heavy files, understand what can be the best solution not to slow down the platform
